At the time of writing, Microsoft's patterns & practices
Enterprise Library project is considered the most active on GotDotNet according to their
directory listing of 7,000+ workspaces. This is partly due to the recent release of the following docs:
- Caching Application Block
- Logging & Instrumentation Application Block
- Security Application Block
For those of you in the Seattle area, don't forget about the
presentation on Enterprise Library and Exception Handling that I'll be giving in a couple of days.
I'm going to be presenting an overview of Enterprise Library with an in depth overview of the Exception Handling block on September 1st. This presentation will be held by the DotNetUsers usergroup on the main Microsoft campus. I'm really excited to give you all a sneak peak of this incredible asset from Microsoft. I hope to see you there!

Welcome to my new blog! I'm extremely busy wrapping up
Enterprise Library V1, so things will be a bit slow at first. Just be sure to subscribe to my RSS for semi intelligent rants and raves about .NET development, Microsoft, and the IT industry in general.
