The REST Starter Kit is a preview of features that are being considered for WCF 4.0, released early on CodePlex so you can download it, look at the code, play with it, and give them your feedback so we get the right REST features in WCF 4.0. I've had a Windows Live ID since the MS Passport era and also was an early adapter of the OpenID Web protocol for user authentication with my own personal subdomain and all.
