System.Windows Namespace

Just back from a great talk by Billie Hollis on Avalon, the Windows Presentation Foundation at DevConnections in Orlando. Billy is having a great time playing with 3D shapes and animations, he may never write another Windows Form again!

How ironic that the Avalon Team choose to use the System.Windows Namespace, they have impressed the Windows Forms Master from Nashville.

The more I see of XMAL the more I realize that this very well could be the successor to HTML with millions of people creating websites and visual media with ease. It's only a matter of time before a critical mass of people have the video and processing power to run this visual inspiring technology.
