Turns out that Team Development and Visual Studio Team System are not exactly the same, Team Development was evolved over time by the developer community and Team System was created to attempt a standard. DonXML's talk last night had a great turn-out as he did a rundown of his own Patterns and Practices using Visual Studio.Net.
It all comes down to using the best ideas and tools developed by the community and Don encouraged us to become familiar with Domain-Driven Design
What Is Domain-Driven Design?
Over the last decade or two, a philosophy has developed as an undercurrent in the object community.
The premise of domain-driven design is two-fold:
- For most software projects, the primary focus should be on the domain and domain logic; and
- Complex domain designs should be based on a model.
Domain-driven design not a technology or a methodology. It is a way of thinking and a set of priorities, aimed at accelerating software projects that have to deal with complicated domains.
TestDriven.NET makes it easy to run unit tests with a single click, anywhere in your Visual Studio solutions. It supports all versions of Microsoft Visual Studio .NET meaning you don't have to worry about compatibility issues and fully integrates with all major unit testing frameworks including NUnit, MbUnit, & MS Team System.

Don also hinted that New Jersey will finally be having a Code Camp in October, so keep an eye on our RD ScottW for the offical announcement and anybody who would like to give a presentation is encouraged to contact ScottW or DonXML.
