Business Scorecard Manager 2005

Chris Capossela, corporate vice president of the Information Worker Product Management Group announced in his Keynote at the WWPC that Microsoft Office Maestro is now called Business Scorecard Manager 2005.

Business Scorecard Manager makes Microsoft's Office intelligent by using XML to help organizations perform analysis and get information in real time, business intelligence. By using scorecards and key performance indicators that are easily accessed within an intuitive and collaborative environment, namely SharePoint. Integration with with MapPoint makes Business Scorecard a very powerful application for companies who require real time logistics.

BI continues to be a natural and important area of investment for Microsoft's Information Worker Business, which is focused on helping individuals, teams and organizations be more productive with the range of programs, servers and services that make up the Microsoft Office System.

XML Web Services are changing the way we do business and as companies see a better return on their investments, we will wonder how we ever did business without them.
