Microsoft gets it! Listening to its
customers can only improve the company’s
bottom line. We sit at our computers every day, so why not connect in
communities where we can each contribute as we experience and learn more about new
technology. Marketing is essentially about research so the more information Microsoft can gather from its user base the better its products will become. Bill Gates spoke about
communities at the
CEO Summit, and when Bill speaks you know what happens. A

interest and
