MSN Japan announced today that they will be launching a blogging service early in 2005. It looks as if it's based on the Blogger model, a free service with web advertising for revenue. "Beyond personal diaries and dissemination of personal messages, blogs will be used actively to share corporate information in an effective manner,“ said Microsoft Corporate Vice President Susumu Furukawa.
We have all heard the stories of how the Japanese have taken to the mobile phone, so I guess we will see mobile blogging exploding. I received a comment today on my blog from a mobile phone, my first….and it came from China!
