Always a topic: Tuning performance of .NET appplications

It's interesting... although the speed of computers raises expontially the questions on how increase the speed of applications don't stop... Furthermore with the increase of abstraction we use for developing software in these days - which we then usually call "modern" software development - make a former VB6 developer cry for more performance in the .NET Framework.

Enough motivation for me to create a list of interesting resources on the topic:

Performance Tuning

Profiling

Any more must-reads? Leave me a comment and I would be glad to add them.

Personal Stuff: Reawarded as MVP for Team System

I's an honor beeing re-awarded as an Most Valuable Professional (MVP) for Visual Studio Team System - as I think one of the most interesting products released for software development in the last years, and laying a foundation for future products in the next years. It makes me proud beeing part of the 'VSTS champs' as we are called internally at Microsoft - an exciting group of intelligent and experienced people within and outside of Microsoft. And I am very happy to see Ognjen Bajic – the first Team System MVP in Croatia - on board as well! The combined knowledge in forms of blogs can be found here.
