I gotta say that I love that Visual Studio 2005 Help is including community content. Personally I have been involved in this project since day one (a couple years ago), and it is great to see it finally coming to life.
For those of you who don't know what I am talking about, do this:
- Open Visual Studio 2005 Beta Help/Documentation.
- Click on the Search tab
- Enter the search string “Partitioning 2005“
- Set the technology to “SQL Server” and the Topic Type to “Articles and Overviews“
- Click on the CodeWise Community tab.
The beauty of this is that I published the article last night at midnight, and this morning it was showing up in the help system. The same community content features are being used in SQL Server 2005 help.
