RSS Feeds

As some may have noticed some applications such as SharpReader are not able to pick up our RSS feeds. We're working on the issue and this should be fixed soon!

Image Gallary Fixed (Temp)

Ok, Galleries are now working, but not thoroughly tested, but what’s new right? Here is the start of my "Puppies Gallary" - Pictures of my two new pups: http://dotnetjunkies.com/weblog/donnymack/Gallery/2.aspx

Blog Image Gallery

I’ve been struggling to figure out why in the heck the image gallery on the server doesn’t work. Well, it turns out as far as I can tell to be a bug in IIS 5.0 because my 6.0 version works. The folder that the images are kept in end in .com (DotNetJunkies.com) is the folder name, well this is a no no because IIS 5.0 thinks that it is an application extension and see it as BAD. We’re in the process now of fixing and image galleries should be up soon!

New Blog Skins Are Comming

Today I recieved an email from Thomas Johansen and he has offered his time to make some new great skins for our Bloggers! Stay tuned for the release, I'll update my skin with his first release so you can check it out!

Other Updates:
Updates were made to the feedback link at the bottom of http://www.dotnetjunkies.com so you can now see the submit button :-) And the 404 redirecter was updated so we're catching most of the bad requests. More soon!

Before I Go to the VET!

Just uploaded new http://www.dotnetjunkies.com/Join.aspx that works :-) The issue was with a faulty catch statement.

Also uploaded fixes for

Web Logs Header Defect

Ok, just reporting something you probably already are aware of. The Navigation bar in the WebLogs is not rendering correctly. We're aware of this problem and have an easy fix for it. Stay tuned for our nightly build which will fix the issue.

Oh so Many Bugs

Damn we have a lot of bugs right now, but the good news is most of it's due to the fact that the compiled assemblies up now didn't have all the updated content they should have. Once we compare and compile you'll start seeing a lot of the stuff that's not working magically working. I guess that's what we get for launching at 4:AM.

We Just Went Live and I'm Tired!

Ok, we just launched (finally) version 3.0 of dotnetjunkies. It is past 5am my time, and I've found lots of buts, but screw it - we're beta testing this baby live. Ok, off to bed. More tomorrow.
