VPC image for TFS beta 3 is coming

Jeff Beehler announces that his team is planning on releasing a single VPC image of beta 3 with all of VSTS/TFS installed for download from the MSDN subscription download center. This VPC of TFS beta 3 will be made available in the next weeks.

Note that TFS beta 3 has a go-live license and thus is ready to run in a production environment with support of Microsoft.

And on a sidenote: if you're interested to know how to get continuous integration at work with VSTS check out Buck Hodges post "Continuous Integration Demo Code from Doug Neumann's TLN301 PDC Talk".

Robert Scoble and Maryam to visit Belgium

I just got it confirmed last night from Maryam: Robert Scoble - Microsoft Geek Blogger - and his wife Maryam will be visiting Belgium on December 7th and 8th!

On December 7th Robert and Maryam will travel from Paris - where Scoble is speaking at Les Blogs 2.0 - to Brussels. Later on they'll travel to London. I also read they will be doing a Geek Dinner in London on December 10th. This got me thinking ... what about a Belgian Geek Dinner Robert?

I see that LVB.NET is organising a geek dinner early October; so I guess he' ll be interested too in joining us. If others are interested to join us, please let me know!

And ... oh yes, Maryam, let the temptation for the Belgian chocolates start!
