DotNetNuke, an open source toolkit for building portal applications. Loosely based on IBuySpy, it provides similar functions to the Community Starter Kit.

DotNetNuke is an open-source content management portal framework written in ASP.NET. With over 80,000 registered users it is by far one of the most popular open-source projects for the Microsoft platform. Upon installation it provides point-and-click functionality to dynamically create custom portal content to meet almost any need. Among some of its many features include skinning, plug-and-play module installation, role-based security, multiple portals served from a single site, and WYSIWYG content editing.
